Is a bulb included?
Most lamps come without a bulb. The product description tells you which fitting you need, for example E27 or E14.
How soon will my lamp be delivered?
Orders are dispatched on working days. Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs EUR 6.95, and orders of EUR 55 or more ship free. You'll see the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate at checkout before you pay.
Can I use a lamp outdoors?
Our lamps are intended for indoor use unless the product explicitly states otherwise. Moisture and weather can cause damage that isn't covered by warranty.
Can I dim a lamp?
That depends on the bulb you fit, not on the lamp itself. Choose a dimmable bulb and a matching dimmer.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage and the packaging within a few days. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund you.
