Veem Living ("we", "Veem") operates this store from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR (AVG).

What we collect

• Order data: name, address, email and payment confirmation — needed to fulfil and deliver your order (legal basis: contract).
• Email marketing: your email address, only when you sign up yourself, for example via our welcome wheel (legal basis: consent). Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics and advertising: we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel, and these load only after you accept cookies in our consent banner (legal basis: consent). Without consent, no tracking scripts run.

Processors

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order data on our behalf. With your consent, measurement data is shared with Google (Analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). We never sell your data.

Retention

Order data is kept for 7 years (Dutch tax law). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@veemliving.com. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
