Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Payment is completed at checkout via the methods shown there. An order is final once you receive our order confirmation by email.

Delivery

Items in stock are delivered in the Netherlands within 3-5 working days. If an item is delayed we inform you by email; if delivery exceeds 30 days you may cancel free of charge.

Returns

You have a 14-day return window as described in our refund policy — the statutory EU right of withdrawal.

Warranty

Statutory warranty applies: every product must be as described and fit for normal use. If a product fails within a reasonable period, we repair, replace or refund it.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the order concerned, except where the law provides otherwise.
