Refund policy
Returns
You have a 14-day return window: you may return any item up to 14 days after receiving it, no reason needed. This is the statutory EU right of withdrawal.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at info@veemliving.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within 1 working day.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in that case we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@veemliving.com right away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.
